The server is unresponsive for an unknown reason.

All customer VMs are back online now, the system performance will be monitored closely to confirm the root issue was solved.

Hi,

This issue is suspected to be a resource hog. While I'm pretty sure I've identified the resource hog, I was not able to succeed in correcting the issue and was forced to reboot the host server. Expected downtime is ~15 minutes, stay tuned and I will update you via this ticket.

We are unable to restart the server due to an issue at our hosting provider.
